A natural relaxant and sleep aid, the Invigor8 Magnesium Flakes Original helps relieve muscle tension and aid recovery from workouts.

Instructions

Add approximately two handfuls generously to warm, running bath water for a soothing and relaxing bath. For foot soaks, add to a bowl. Soak for at least 20 minutes in order for the Original Magnesium Flakes to soften the skin and to be absorbed.

Ingredients

Magnesium Chloride Hexahydrate flakes (46% MgCL2 concentration).
