Grumpy Cat – Real name Tardar Sauce is a cat that became famous after her picture was posted on Reddit in September 22nd 2012, her permanent grumpy expression, caused by feline dwarfism and an underbite, gave her the title “Grumpy Cat.” Since the success, Grumpy Cat has starred in her own TV Movie Grumpy Cat’s Worst Christmas Ever and has gained over 8.5 million likes on Facebook.
Hedwig – Real name WTON (White Terror of the North) is Snowy Owl that played Hedwig in all of the films of the beloved Harry Potter film series. Hedwig accompanied Harry Potter until her death in the Deathly Hallows as she tries to protect him from Death Eaters.
Lassie – A Rough Collie is a famous fictional dog whose fame has seen her cross multiple media platforms. Starting as a short story about a dog that saves the day, the story became a film adaptation in 1940. Played by several dogs throughout the years, Lassie has become one of the most wildly known pets.
Marine – A thirteen year old Shih Tzu, found internet success for her abnormally large tongue that sticks out, and her head tilt caused by vestibular disease. She found fame on social networks sites Instagram and Twitter, with her accounts having over a thousand followers each and has even starred in short Vine videos.
Salem Saberhagen - From Sabrina the Teenage Witch TV series from 1996 – 2003, Salem was a witch that was transformed into a black cat as a punishment for attempting world domination. His character was brought to life by two puppets, and real cats. Known for his wit and sarcastic nature he was a popular character on the series.
